Old Engine Cores
An item-location framework that keeps acquisition routes and crafting or quest uses separate unless a specific record connects them.
What to Check
Players may be looking for routes, enemies or ruins, quests, and crafting uses. The linked community indexes do not provide an exact post or in-game record for those details. [S3] [S5]
Comparing Item Reports
Compare the precise acquisition event, location context, access requirement, item quantity, version, and source. A reported use should point to the relevant quest or recipe record rather than being inferred.
Connected pages
Recipes, Automation, and Old Chips are useful related links, but their presence does not imply a mechanical relationship.
Reader caution
Confirm the item description and any visible requirement in the current game before committing the material.
